Drivers always complain that they cant find my location or that my location is incorrect. No history of drivers. Itd be better to see the history of drivers and the trip. Cant report a driver. There should be an option to report a driver from the app.

Why the app description is written like a movie script? This is fun you think? I think the job of the description is to tell me what is new in efficient way. Instead of putting the creativity in writing such description; please put new features such as: 1. History of the rides and ratings. 2. History of the captains with their contacts. 3. Option to choose the cars. The app it self is easy to use, but it is silly to read such descriptions.

They are thieves

What a hideous excuse for a "business". Awful drivers... Usually you will be dealing with fresh-off-the-boat drivers who can neither speak English nor Arabic. Sign language, however, has been useful. These are drivers who cannot use the Careem application to set up and follow maps and directions. So dont bother being precise with your location/destination! These are drivers who have no idea about the area and community they are serving in, and therefore cannot successfully get you anywhere without asking you every step of the way. These are drivers with filthy cars and body odors to match. Expecting them to stop at red lights and obey basic rules of the road are completely out of the question. Good luck feeling like you are a passenger in a GTA mission... Customer service is a joke, they could care less about you. You can receive all the credit you want back for your lousy excuse of a taxi, but your comments will never be heard or put into action. Criticism is not taken seriously. Management will never call you back (surprisingly, call center is never overseen by management as they are always in a "very important meeting"

Muuuuuch better the Uber! Professional and even if there is a problem they always find innovative ways to apologize and improve. I will never switch back

I used to like using CAREEM, now Im not so sure if I ever want to use them anymore? The App is amazingly simple and very intuitive, I love it! And thats why I have the App a 1 star. As for the service itself, its getting worst every time. Drivers who speak no language but their own, so theres no way to communicate. Customer service which has gotten really bad at servicing their customers! They need to up their game if they want to stay in this business. Thank god we have alternative "Uber"
