Useless!!!! I would give it 0 stars if I could. Late drivers - rude drivers - expiring promotions - useless support - and slow application!!!! Uninstalled....

I requested a trip when the careem captain accepted the trip was 6 min a way after he reached 2 min he stopped moving i waited for 5 min then i canceled the trip they charged me 8sr when I contact them they add 8sr in my account in the app they didnt not returned to my credit card way i should use the app by force i need my money in my credit card like author app if any mistake happened they returned to my credit.

This is amazing and all the cars is clean.

What is it with "you cant call customer service if you didnt book a ride" wow what a cool policy.

From personal experiences i have learned a lot about these services and services of other apps(lift, uber, etc) but have found that Careem is a little bit pricier but better.
