The best service of transport

Great app, rescuer when you dont have a car and you got to be somewhere. Thumbs up for the great offers every once and while... Go Careem

-It is not easy to locate your pickup or drop off place, always gives the near by places names not ever the address.... -No way to save your place .....

Careems service is good, but when it comes to their call centre they let you call their outsourced branch in UAE. Im in Egypt! International call makes this service expensive especially when when your waiting for your call to be answered! This is why I only gave one star.

Application should be made more good. Ride history should be there. There are few things which you need to work on to make the app more better. Happy with the service though.

All in all everything about Careem is excellent, but the app looks a bit *old*- it doesnt suit IOS9, in my opinion. I love Careem though.

Great program stuff

Local (UAE, Saudi and part of Middle East) competitor of Uber. As a plus they offer pre booking (more expensive rate). Generally the service is more expensive than their direct competitor. Customer service its OK in UAE, a disaster in the other countries where often arrive a taxi instead of a black cab. The app its ok and quite stabile. Its missing the possibility to modify a booking when pre booked.

All this time since the release of iPhone 6 and these guys still havent releases a modified UI version for bigger screens, tells you a lot about the team and the company.

On top of subject issue there also an annoying behavior that tells you tell you how this company operates and their vision. Here is my message to the developer, Whenever you come up with a new update please try to summarize what the update is about and make it straight forward and be professional for God sake!! Its become a habit with every single update some one who thinks its funny and cool writes a narrative of 200 words just to tell us whats going on!!! Please refrain from doing that and bench mark on how industry leaders communicate with their clients!!

There is a lot of problems with this application! First, the map and/or location tracking is so bad and shows very inaccurate location ! Second is theres no way to communicate with the drivers using the app itself! As sometimes the service is not available or you have the access to the internet only ! Depending on the mobile number or SMS is not efficient at all !! Finally, the notification system is not functioning as it supposed to ! Usually it doesnt notify when the driver arrives which always cause to latency !!

I am very happy with Careem long time ago specialy using Careem kids to drop of or pick up my kids from school.

Could you just tell us what you update with apps? We dont want to read through a whole poem or jingle! Youre a business, youre not some stupid video game.

I tried many time to add credit card but it show me error message.

This app is quite simple to use, love it. Very well trained drivers, super great service. Thank you for long awaited Repeat a ride feature.
