Avoid at all costs
What a hideous excuse for a "business". Awful drivers... Usually you will be dealing with fresh-off-the-boat drivers who can neither speak English nor Arabic. Sign language, however, has been useful. These are drivers who cannot use the Careem application to set up and follow maps and directions. So dont bother being precise with your location/destination! These are drivers who have no idea about the area and community they are serving in, and therefore cannot successfully get you anywhere without asking you every step of the way. These are drivers with filthy cars and body odors to match. Expecting them to stop at red lights and obey basic rules of the road are completely out of the question. Good luck feeling like you are a passenger in a GTA mission...
Customer service is a joke, they could care less about you. You can receive all the credit you want back for your lousy excuse of a taxi, but your comments will never be heard or put into action. Criticism is not taken seriously. Management will never call you back (surprisingly, call center is never overseen by management as they are always in a "very important meeting"
