What happened to this app?
Wow. So after I had a problem, the Careem customer service implied I should have provided a final destination - "blame the customer" "the customer is always wrong". It was for two drop offs - both off 311. Hence, I couldnt provide a final destination. The "captain", that is, cab driver, never asked my destination after the first drop off. I guess they arent trained to think for themselves. Even if the location is specified, they have to program it in.
Regardless this guy headed to 611, and it cost me a $80 Uber ride to get home, because the Careem driver took me so far out of my way.
Poor customer service. Its hard to get through during 7 am to 9 pm and the drivers arent trained in Dubai streets or in customer service.
