Overall its been great having careem in Saudi Arabia more than uber in here, I only had some bad experiences in Egypt, but the rest is good.

If the captain doesnt move and you want to cancel you still gotta pay the penalty if 100 rupees. Details: I called the captain and he said itll take him time to come can you wait, I was in a hurry so I said I cant and Ill juts cancel because your asking me to wait and the app is putting a penalty on me; I called and asked the captain if he can cancel cause he is not coming and he says hell only have the option to cancel if he comes to my door so I call their support and they say can you wait 10-15 mins more for us to assign a new ride. Bravo!

Every time I try to book a car, I get error message: Service is unavailable. Careem doesnt operate in your area. Use Uber ! Avoid Careem Promotion offered by Careem is false and misleading. Bad advertising, will not issue credit for promo offers, after you complete enrollment.

app has improved lately but still not as smooth and intuitive like uber. would like to see line for route from careem car to destination or pick-up. Make drop-off more visible on screen. make ability to choose previously used promo codes from a list. and btw, I used the rta choice once. needless to say it easier and better to call rta directly-i thought taxi would have a gps but they ended up calling to get directions. Whats the use?
